The Mendocino College Library is the hub for the main campus in Ukiah, giving students, faculty and staff access to over 36,000 library materials, 142,000 eBooks, millions of full-text articles, computer access, study rooms, current periodicals, a copy center, and study tables.

Please return library materials to the book return located to the left of the main entrance of the building.

Research Assistance
If you have research questions, you can contact a reference librarian at 707-468-3245. Reference librarians are available during the hours listed below:

  • Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm, 4:30pm - 8:30pm

Delivery to Centers
Lake Center, North County Center, Mendocino Coast Center, and Distance Education students, staff and faculty can have materials delivered to the centers at no cost rather than driving to the Mendocino College campus in Ukiah. Just call 707-468-3158 or email

Free Microsoft Office 365 for Students
Mendocino College students are eligible to receive a free copy of Microsoft Office 365. You will need to use your student email address to register. If you don’t use your student email account, go to the portal to activate it. If you have problems activating your student email, call IT Help at 707-468-3000 ext. 4100 or email to get assistance.

Friends of the Mendocino College Library Present: Bart Rawlinson
Bart Rawlinson was a 2016 Artist-in-Residence at Green Olive Arts in Tetouan, Morocco and a 2015 Artist-in-Residence at Arteles in Hameenkyro, Finland. He received the 2013 William Matthews Poetry Prize. He has received the Robert Browning Prize in Dramatic Monologue, the Eugene Ruggles Poetry Prize, and the Joseph Henry Jackson Literary Award. His work is published widely in literary magazines, including Asheville Poetry Review, New Millennium Writings, Cutbank, Assaracus and Santa Clara Review. He is Associate Professor, English at Mendocino College.
